Price breakdown – We also offer a full breakdown of prices of your holiday so you can see the individual prices of whatever you choose to book with us.  So no hidden costs or surprises once you arrive.


If you would like to make a booking

Website – this can be done directly on our website for accommodation, airport transfers, lift passes, equipment rental, ski school

Email/Phone – simply send us an email and we will get back to you with an offer to consider – once you accept our offer, we will make the booking for you so you don’t have to do anything else.  We will then send you a payment link for the deposit and we will send you a booking summary – as easy as that.


In Resort Service 

Transfers – Depending on what kind of transfer you have booked, you may be met at the airport by one of our representatives who can answer all your questions and queries on the transfer as well as give you any pre-booked ski passes, otherwise we will organise someone to meet you on arrival should you need anything

Accommodation – We will arrange to meet you on arrival at your accommodation and help you check in as well as answer any questions you have.

Ski Packs – We will personally meet your group with your ski passes or we can arrange for them to be at reception for you wherever you are staying, as well as assist with any ski rental and ski lesson requirements. We will be on hand to help you on your first day with ski rental and also at the ski school area to help you get settled in quickly.

Apres Ski – We offer many apres ski events and activities in resort and our in resort guide will be able to assist you with anything

24 Hour Number – You will be given a 24 hour number once in resort in case of any emergencies.

Booking & Payments

Making a reservation

There are 3 easy ways to make a reservation

(1) you can do this direct on our website.

(2) you can email us what you need and we can make the booking for you and you can pay by credit card via a secure link

(3) you can call us direct and like option 2, we will make the reservation for you and send you all your confirmations.



(1) If you book direct online you can pay by credit card and you will have the option of paying a deposit of 30% or in full. If you choose to pay the deposit, the balance will be due 28 days before arrival.

(2) If you would like ourselves to make the booking for you, payments can be made in the following ways.

(a) by credit card, we will send you a secure link where you can pay an agreed amount.  If a large group you can also pay separately if required.

(b) you can also pay bank transfer to our head office then we will send you your booking receipt and confirmation.


What happens after I make the booking

Once you have confirmed your booking you will receive a confirmation email with all the information regarding your reservation. One week before arrival we will email you again with all the information you will require to collect any ski packs in resort or regarding your airport transfer.
