Ski School - El Tarter

Please note that all ski schools can only be booked if you have already booked accommodation with us, or you will book accommodation with us in the next 7 days.  If you have not booked accommodation please send us an email with your requirements and we will get back to you.

Group ski school always starts on a Monday. 

If you are looking to book ski or snowboard lessons in Soldeu or El Tarter,  simply select your first day of skiing (always the Monday after arrival) and you can reserve your place online with immediate confirmation.  If you are arriving in Andorra during the peak season week’s,  then it’s essential that you book your place as much in advance as possible, especially for the half term period.  Don’t forget to get in touch with us if you are travelling in a large group to receive our Group discount offers.

Weekend Ski School

We also have a 2 day weekend Ski school on a Saturday & Sunday (3 hours per day - normally 10am - 13.00)

Soldeu Ski & Snowboard School (& El Tarter)

Adults 18+, Youth 12-17 inc, Child 6-11 inc.  (children aged 3 – 5 will go to the snow garden)

Minimum age for snowboard group lessons is 3 years old

Lesson times are decided by the ski school and could be morning or afternoon.  If you have preference please let us know.  High season weeks must be booked as far in advance as possible

El Tarter - Ski School Meeting Points

Group lessons

Go to the top of the El Tarter and then head down the escalator and you will see the ski school office (Escola D'Esqui).  You need to check in with your vouchers at the glass window.   Please remember to take your vouchers with you.

Private lessons

Once you are at the top of the El Tarter Gondola, head down the escalator and you will see the Ski School (Escola D'Esqui).   Go inside the ski school office and check in at the desk with your vouchers.  Please remember to take your voucher with you.

El Tarter - Snow Garden Information

Looking after the younger ones can often make the difference to the holiday so having a safe environment where they can ski and play is essential. 

• The snowgarden accepts children between 3 and 5 years old
• 3 hours per day, 3, 4 or 5 consecutive days. Includes ski lessons. lift pass, skis, boots & helmet for the duration.
• Entry time is from 10 am.
• The activity consists of the discovery of skiing through games in the snow in a space reserved and controlled by qualified instructors.
• The environment is designed for the little ones to enjoy their first contact with skiing, but also for those children who have some knowledge.
• The monitors are qualified to be able to leave the premises and go to the slopes if the group develops favorably.
• Children must be equipped with warm clothes and ski equipment (goggles, helmet, gloves, sun protection…).

El Tarter - Kids Full Day Programme -  Information

The Kids Program is designed specifically for children. It combines ski lessons, games and adventure activities, to ensure that children have an unforgettable day. Classes will take place on the children's circuits and are taught by children's monitors. Games and activities are organized in the afternoon.

The Kids Program includes: 3 hours ski school + food + games and activities.

Available for children from 3 to 11 years old. Split into 2 groups 3 to 5 years and 6 to 11 years

• Ski lessons: 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
• Lunch: 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
• Afternoon activities: 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Snowshoeing tours, igloo construction, search for tracks, children's zip line, tubing, big airbag, sledges and various activities in the snow.
• Pick up at : 4:00 p.m.

Please note that equipment and ski pass is not included and should be booked separately

El Tarter - Nursery Information

The nursery is where the little ones can have the best time while their parents ski. The nursery is for children aged between 2 and 5 years old. Opening hours are from 9.30 - 16.30. Available to book for  3, 4 or 5 consecutive days for either half a day or a full day.  

• Children will either be inside or playing outside in the snow..
• The children will be able to play with various toys as well as participate in arts and crafts whilst fully supervised by qualified staff.
• They will not receive ski lessons and the prices do not include food
• Nappies and baby food must be provided if required.

El Tarter - Private Lessons

Private lessons are available to book for all days subject to availability - To make a reservation, please send us your requirements to info@SkiAndorraHolidays.com.  We will need to know how many people (up to 6), how many hours per day (2, 3 or 4) and how many days. All people attanding the private lesson should be similar levels.
