Groups and Special Offers: If you are a large group and you can’t find the accommodation you need, or maybe you want to be in the same building as everyone else. Please send an email to info@skiandorraholidays.
We offer discounts for groups of 10 or more – just complete our request form, and we’ll send you a quote. You’ll also get a discount on our ski packs, so your ski pass, equipment rental and tuition are even better value.
We understand that organising a large group can be daunting and time consuming, so why not let us help? Our call centre can contact each member of your group on your behalf to organise all the details such as lift pass purchase, equipment hire, tuition bookings and payment. In case of last-minute hitches, we can offer name changes free of charge up to 48 hours before departure.
We also understand that it can be a lot of work for the group leader especially if a large group to collect in each person’s payment when it’s due. If required we can send each person their own personal payment link so they can pay in their own time.
Also a group leader can feel under pressure with a lot of pre departure questions from the group – we can set up a what’s app group where each person can message us their questions or concerns.
Picking the right location and accommodation is another big deal for group leaders so please feel free to call us and we will be happy to advise what is best for your group. If your group is quite big, we always advise to book early your accommodation with us so that you all get in the same building or as close as possible to each other – the longer it’s left the harder it becomes to get the same accommodation.
