If you’re planning on skiing in Andorra this winter then you will be pleased to know that Grandvalira which is already the largest ski area in the Pyrenees has expanded following the addition of a new sector.

The new sector to be added to Grandvalira is known as the Peretol freestyle park which is now officially integrated into the ski area after seeing a growth in popularity amongst those seeking more of a thrill in Andorra’s mountains.

The park has seen the addition of a new chairlift as well as the creation of two new slopes.  This will help improve facilities for intermediate as well as advanced skiers and will expand on an already wide choice of slopes for beginners.

If you are planning a group ski holiday, the addition of the new slopes will ensure that all levels of ability within your party are well catered for this winter.

Following this latest expansion of Grandvalira lift passes will also include Ordino Arcalis for all durations.  Lift passes that included Ordino Arcalis were introduced for four days or more last season will now be available for all durations this winter.

The ski area will now contain 240km of ski slopes and facilities and if you would like to explore the area for yourself this winter, check out some of our latest offers on accommodation and lift passes.
