Can I pay a deposit?
Yes. At the time of booking you will have the option of paying 30% of the total price, then you can pay the remainder at the latest 31 days before. If you are making a reservation within 31 days of arrival, you will need to pay the full amount unless agreed with us by email.
Can I pay in sterling? (GBP)
All our prices are in euros, if you are paying from a UK account, it will be converted by your bank into UK pounds at the bank’s exchange rate.
How do I book a hotel, airport transfer or lift pass?
All availability and prices for accommodation, transfers, lift passes, equipment hire and ski schools are displayed on our website. Once you have completed the payment page, you will be sent an email confirming what you have booked. When you have fully paid for your accommodation or other services you will be sent a voucher, You will need to print this and bring it with you when you travel. I haven’t received or I have lost my vouchers
Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resend your voucher.
I need to make a change to my booking (names/extra people/dates)
If you need to change names or contact details you can email us at email@example.com. There may be an administration fee to pay if it’s within 14 days of your arrival date. If you need to change the dates of your booking, we will always try to do so free of charge but you may be required to pay a cancellation fee.
I want to cancel my booking
All cancellations must be emailed from the email address used at the time of booking and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any refunds on cancelled bookings will be subject to our cancellation policy listed in our “Terms and Conditions”.
I’m having difficulty making a payment for my booking, what should I do?

What are the check in/out times in hotels and apartments?
With most hotels and apartments, you can check in from 4pm. Check out is normally 10am. It helps us if you can provide by email the estimated time of arrival and departure so we can try to have your room ready if you are arriving early.
What do I need to check in?
You will need to provide your accommodation voucher, and to have valid identification (i.e passport or I.D card). In apartments you may also have a deposit to pay on arrival against breakages (this is returned on departure). Check our accommodation page for each particular hotel or apartment for details of any extras to pay on arrival.
What happens if I don’t pay my remaining balance on time?
You will be sent an email reminding you of the payment a few days before it’s due. If the balance remains unpaid and we have received no emails from you, you will be charged a late fee, or the booking will be subject to cancellation and the loss of all monies already paid.
