Ski School - Encamp
Group ski school usually starts on a Monday or Saturday.
Encamp ski & snowboard school is one of the most renowned ski schools in Europe. The level of instruction is superb for both skiers and snowboarders of all ages with multilingual instructors most of which speak English. Famous for being the ski school where many people choose to try the sport for the first time. If you are looking for the group lessons, these should be booked in advance.
Simply select your first day of skiing (always Monday or Saturday) and you can reserve your place online. If you are arriving in Andorra during the peak season weeks, then it’s essential that you book your place as much in advance as possible, especially if you want morning lessons.
Encamp Group Lessons
5 days (total 15 hours) - 3 hours per day
4 days (total 12 hours) - 3 hours per day
3 days (total 9 hours) - 3 hours per day
Adults 18+ years, Youth 12-17 years and Children 6 – 11 years. Children aged 3 – 5 years will go to the Snow Garden
Minimum age for snowboard group lessons is 12 years old (if aged 4 to 11 please send us an email to book private lessons)
Encamp Ski & Snowboard School Times
Monday or Saturday start - 10.00H-13.00H or 14.00H-17.00H
Lesson times are allocated by the ski school and could be morning or afternoon. If you have preference please let us know and we will do our best. High season weeks must be booked as far in advance as possible to get the time slot you prefer.
Encamp - Ski School Group Lesson Information
Group lessons are divided into the following groups:
Beginners – Those who have never skied before.
Level 1 (Green/Blue) - Those who have completed a few hours of skiing before.
Level 2 (Blue/Red) - Intermediate level
Level 3 (Red/Black) - Experienced skiers
Weekend Ski & Snowboard School
We also have a 2 day weekend Ski & Snowboard school on a Saturday & Sunday (3 hours per day)
- Saturday & Sunday - 6 hours (2 Days: 3 hours per day)
- From Beginners Level, right through to Intermediate Level, and Advanced Level.

Encamp - Private Lessons
Private lessons are available to book for all days subject to availability - To make a reservation, please send us your requirements to info@SkiAndorraHolidays.com. We will need to know how many people (up to 6), how many hours per day (2, 3 or 4) and how many days. All people attending the private lesson should be similar levels.
Encamp - Snow Garden Information
Looking after the younger ones can often make the difference to the holiday so having a safe environment where they can learn to ski and play is essential.
- The Snow Garden accepts children between 3 and 5 years old. It can be started any day of the week.
- 3 hours per day (3, 4 or 5 consecutive days).
- Entry time is from 10.00H (In peak season it can be 14.00H)
- The activity consists of the discovery of skiing or snowboarding through games in the snow in a space reserved and controlled by qualified instructors.
- The environment is designed for the little ones to enjoy their first contact with skiing, but also for those children who have some knowledge.
- The monitors are qualified to be able to leave the premises and go to the slopes if the group develops favourably.
- Children must have a lift pass which is free for 5 years and under.
- Children must be equipped with ski equipment (skis, boots & helmet) and warm clothes (goggles, gloves, sun protection…).

Encamp - Kids Full Day Program - Information
The Kids Program is designed specifically for children. It combines ski lessons, games and adventure activities, to ensure that children have an unforgettable day. Classes will take place on the children's circuits and are taught by specially trained instructors. Games and activities are organized in the afternoon. It can be started any day of the week.
The Kids Program includes: 3 hours ski or snowboard lessons in the morning + lunch + games and activities in the afternoon.
Available for children from 3 to 11 years old. Split into 2 groups 3 to 5 years and 6 to 11 years
- Ski lessons: 10.00H - 13.00H
- Lunch: 13.00H - 14.00H
- Afternoon activities: 14.00H - 16.00H. (activities such as igloo construction, tubing, big airbag, sledges and various activities in the snow weather permitting)
- Pick up at : 16.00H

The ski school is located at the top of the Funicamp gondola in Encamp. The gondola takes 30 minutes to reach the top so please allow enough time to arrive at your lesson.
