Booking Process

How can I book a Holiday with SkiAndorraHolidays.com?

You can book our holidays directly on our website and add any items to your basket. The website will allow you to create an account and pay on the website. Alternatively, you can email us at info@skiandorraholidays.com and ask for offers or more information in order to make a booking. If you prefer, you can call us on the phone numbers advertised on our website.

How do I make a payment with SkiAndorraHolidays.com?

You can pay on your account on the website if you have booked direct online. Otherwise you can pay by our Paygold secure link payment system or by bank transfer. A deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance will be due at least 6 weeks before departure. You can also do part payments at times that suit you - just let us know and we can set up the payment for you.

Can I pay in Sterling (£s)?

Our prices are in euros. When you make a payment your bank will use the exchange rate set by them on the day of purchase.

How do I receive my vouchers and booking instructions?

You will receive an email confirmation when you book your holiday and/or services. You will also receive a Booking Summary detailing everything you have booked. Nearer the time of travel (normally 1 -2 weeks before) you will receive your travel vouchers, ski pack vouchers and any instructions that you may need. We will send you an important information sheet which you should read carefully.

What happens if I lose my vouchers?

Just let us know and we will resend them to you. Email us at info@skiandorraholidays.com

Can I book flights with SkiAndorraHolidays.com?

Yes you can book a package including flights on our website. From our experience some of our clients have found it much more economical and flexible to book their own flights so they can choose suitable times, baggage allowance, preferred airport/s etc. so you can book accommodation and ski extras and then book your own flights.

Can I book less than a weeks stay?

Yes, our holidays have flexible durations and do not have to be 7 nights. At certain times, especially in peak season, some hotels will have a 7 day minimum stay. However, in general you can book any duration.

If you are booking group ski lessons please check your arrival dates to coincide with the start of lessons days.

Can I book ski extras and transfers without accommodation?

Both private and shuttle transfers can be booked with us without accommodation. Please see our Transfers pages on the website for all the times of the shuttles to suit your flight times. For private transfers you should email us.

Ski extras such as lift passes, equipment and lessons normally have to be booked with accommodation or another service, however if you have already booked your accommodation elsewhere please email us with your requirements at info@skiandorraholidays.com and we will do our best to help you.

Can I cancel all or part of my holiday after I book?

It is best to let us know as soon as possible of any changes to your booking or cancellation. We will always try to do our best to minimise any costs to you and we are flexible with regards to cancelling/amending services such as transfers and ski packs up to 4 weeks before travel (with an admin fee). Hotel changes may incur a charge which is set individually by each hotel/apartment owner. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Is SkiAndorraHolidays.com a secure company?

We are a Spanish registered travel agency and are part of AVIBA which is the Member of the Balearic Travel Agents, similar to ABTA in UK.

Licence Number: BAL 515. We have been operating successfully since 2005 in Mallorca, Italy and Andorra under our parent brand "The Travel Buddy SL"

Transfers

What transfers are available?

Transfers are available for all the resorts. Please see our airport transfers pages for prices and times of transfers for each resort. We offer shuttle transfers from Barcelona (airport & city centre) and from Toulouse (airport & train station). We can also offer private transfers including from other airports such as Girona.

How do I book transfers and can I book only transfers?

Yes, you can book only transfers with us if you wish. Transfers can be booked directly online and also by email at info@skiandorraholidays.com.

How do I get my vouchers?

Vouchers will be automativally emailed to you approximately 7 to 10 days before travel. These will have instructions on where to meet the coach and at what time, with contact numbers in the event of a delay.

What happens if my flight is delayed and I have booked a shuttle transfer?

There will be contact numbers to phone if your flight has been delayed and you have missed your scheduled shuttle. You should always contact us as soon as you are aware of a delay or even change of flight times so that we can arrange a new pick up for you.

Where do I meet my private transfer driver?

When you book a private transfer, the driver or representative will be in the arrivals hall with a board with your name on and they will escort you to the taxi/bus.

Will I be dropped off outside my accommodation?
  • Shuttle Transfers

You can select a drop off point via our website. The coach driver will drop you off as near to your accommodation as possible. Please note that due to some streets being particularly narrow or steep you may be dropped close by and potentially have to walk a short way. In Pas de la Casa there is only one drop-off and pick-up point because buses are not permitted to circulate in the town.

Accommodation

What are the child prices for accommodation?

The prices for BB and Half Board are generally charged in the following age groups although this will vary from resort to resort.

  • Adult – 12 years and over
  • Child – between 2 and 11 years old
  • Infant – Under 2 generally go free

Pricing for Self Catering, Studios and Apartments is based on the room and not per person.

What are the Check in and Check out times for our accommodation?

These are defined by all the hotels and apartments individually but generally check in will start from 14.00H - 16.00H and check out between 10.00H - 12.00H.

Ski Extras

Where and when do I receive my Ski Pack vouchers?

These will be emailed to you 1 - 2 weeks before arrival along with instructions for collection.

How do I collect my lift passes?

In Andorra, your lift passes can be collected directly from the ticket offices / self-service machines at the bottom of the gondolas in all resorts except for Pas de la Casa where you will pick them up from the ski station office at the bottom of the slopes. This can sometimes vary so it is important to check the information on your vouchers when we send them to you.

What do I do with the equipment hire vouchers?

You should always print a copy of your equipment voucher to hand in to the equpment shop. In most resorts you can collect your equipment from the rental shops after 4pm on your arrival day or first thing in the morning on your first day of skiing.

We work with a number of shops in each resort. A hire shop will be allocated based on your accommodation location.

Your allocated hire shop will be shown on your vouchers.

What do I do with the ski school vouchers?

Please follow the instructions on your vouchers. The ski school / private lesson vouchers should also be exchanged at the ticket offices / self-service machines at the bottom of the gondola or in the ski station office. This can be done at the same time as collecting your lift passes. Your voucher/s will be exchanged for tickets that should be handed to your instructor on the first day of lessons.

What day does Ski and Snowboard School begin?

This depends on the resort. Usually the group ski lessons always start on a Monday. It is essential that you attend the lesson on the first day. The lessons then run consecutively for 3, 4, or 5 days. Some resorts will allow you to start the lessons on a different day but only under certain conditions. Please email us for any details should you need.

In all resorts there is also a 2 day weekend group ski school on a Saturday and Sunday.

Private lessons can also be booked by emailing us at info@skiandorraholidays.com and these can be any day / duration.

What times are the ski and snowboard schools?

There are normally morning lessons (from 10.00H-13.00H) and afternoon lessons (from 14.00H-17.00H).

You can request morning lessons, however we can not guarantee these as they are subject to availability and dictated by the ski schools. For High Season, New Year, February Half Term and Easter these need to be requested as early as possible.

The earlier you book your holiday, the more chance you have of getting the time you require.

Private lessons: a range of start times are available to suit your requirements. For peak season dates, please remember that morning lessons will sell out quickly so it is a good idea to book as early as possible.

Children's Facilities

The resorts in Andorra are family friendly and most of them offer facilities such as nurseries/kindergarten , Kids programs and children's ski and snowboard lessons for all ages and abilities.
