The Nordic Hotel – El Tarter is the flagship hotel of El Tarter and one of the very few hotels in Andorra that are truly a “Ski in – Ski Out” property. Built at the foot of the El Tarter chairlift the hotel is just a short walk or ski away from the El Tarter gondola/cable car station.

The Nordic Hotel has been built to the highest standards in traditional Alpine mountain style with a beautiful stone and wood structure. The family run hotel has put attention to every detail to ensure that the Nordic offers you a stay to exceed your highest expectations.

This large hotel has 120 rooms that can sleep two adults and a third bed for a child (upto 12 years old). All rooms are spacious (27sqm) and have en-suite bathroom with hairdryer. Most rooms have a balcony - some have village views and others have slope views (supplement). Flat-screen TV, mini-bar, safety deposit box, and tea/coffee making facilities are also featured. For larger groups/families the adjoined Nordic Apartments have larger rooms with more sleeping options.

After a day on the slopes, treat yourself to a bit of relaxation in the hotel leisure area featuring an indoor swimming pool free for guests staying at the hotel. The spa with jacuzzi, Turkish bath, fitness room and sauna finish off the experience. Some of the spa facilities may have a local charge. Wellness treatments & massages are available at an extra charge.

The spacious and comfortable lounge with terrace onto the slopes is a lovely place to relax and socialise after a busy day. It is adorned with the owners own classic car collection which adds a real touch of class to the hotel.

In addition to the lounges, the hotel has a games zone with indoor bowling alley, pool tables and arcade games for more lively afternoons and evenings. To keep the younger members of the family entertained there is also a supervised kids club, making this an ideal family holiday destination.

There are various other public spaces like the reading room, lounge bar and snack bar. There is a space to suit every mood whether you want peace and quiet, relaxation or a more lively, social atmosphere.
